Celebrity Style: Julianne Hough’s Ruffled Skirt On Dancing with the Stars Premiere

The new season of Dancing with the Stars kicked off with plenty of sparkle, excitement and, of course, some serious fashion! Host Julianne Hough looked absolutely stunning for premiere night, stepping out in a chic Saint Laurentensemble that brought major Parisian glamour to the ballroom.

Julianne made a statement in Saint Laurent’s dramatic silk gazar Bubble miniskirt, a luxurious design featuring voluminous ruffles and an unexpected floor-sweeping back. The playful mini silhouette combined with the elongated train created a gorgeous high-low effect that was both sophisticated and fashion-forward.

Crafted in Italy from 100 percent silk gazar, the skirt featured layers of abundant ruffles, a concealed back zipper and a flowing hem that added plenty of movement. The romantic Bois De Rose shade was the perfect finishing touch, giving the look an elegant softness while allowing the dramatic silhouette to take center stage.

Saint Laurent has long been celebrated for its effortlessly chic Parisian aesthetic, and this particular piece perfectly captured that sophisticated yet daring spirit.

But after serving a major fashion moment, Julianne had business to handle!

Before announcing the evening’s results, she explained that the couples’ fate was determined by a combination of the judges’ scores and live viewer votes.

The first couple announced as safe was Maura and Mark, followed by Jenna and Val, Amber and Pasha, and Julia and Ezra, all of whom secured their spots in the competition.

Then came the news nobody wants to hear on premiere night. Sarah Jane and Hailey were announced as the first couple leaving the competition.

Meanwhile, Tatyana and Jan and Giada and Alan were declared safe and will return to the ballroom for another week.

Between the dancing, the drama and Julianne’s fabulous Saint Laurent moment, the new season is already giving us plenty to talk about!
