Hey friends! You know I love keeping you in the loop on all the trending bites, and TikTok has everyone running not walking to Publix for their Hot Honey Chicken Salad! The concept is simple but genius: you build your salad with all your favorite toppings, then crown it with their hot honey glazed chicken tenders.

Since there’s a Publix literally next door to me, you know I had to see what the hype was about! The whole thing was around $8, made fresh right in front of me, exactly how I wanted it. Now listen… this is definitely a “treat yourself” moment with that sweet heat sauce and an extra dressing on the side, it’s not exactly the healthiest, so moderation is key. More inside…

I loaded mine up with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, onions, yellow peppers, plus a sprinkle of oregano and black pepper. I grabbed a little ranch cup too only 59 cents! The young man behind the counter was cracking up because he said TikTok has everyone doing this, and he even gave me a few ideas to spice it up next time.

And y’all… I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before I tore into it. Let me tell you 10 out of 10, absolutely yes ma’am! It was so good, it held me over from lunch straight through dinner.
