Celebrity Style: Dominique Thorne’s Black Dress At Ironheart Fan Event In Los Angeles

With just one day to go before the debut of the first three episodes of Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated series Ironheart, Disney rolled out the red carpet for a special premiere event at Hollywood’s iconic El Capitan Theatre.

Set in the aftermath of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Marvel Television’s Ironheart explores the clash between technology and magic. The series follows Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne), a brilliant young inventor who returns to her hometown of Chicago determined to leave her mark. While her innovative approach to building iron suits sets her apart, her journey takes a turn when she crosses paths with the enigmatic and magnetic Parker Robbins, also known as The Hood (played by Anthony Ramos).

Dominique Thorne reprises her role as Riri Williams, aka Ironheart, after making her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. She leads the new Disney+ miniseries, Ironheart, set to premiere in 2025.

On the red carpet, Dominique Thorne turned heads in a striking black mini dress with a unique tiered silhouette. The design featured overlapping circular layers crafted from soft pleated fabric, enhanced with subtle metallic accents that added depth and texture. The three-dimensional structure gave the dress a bold, sculptural edge, while its short, slightly flared cut added a playful yet sophisticated vibe.
