The Wayans Family Receives Induction into the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame
The Wayans family is being celebrated in a truly special way!
On Saturday, February 22, the talented family attended the 56th NAACP Image Awards, where they were inducted into the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame.
In an interview with PEOPLE at the ceremony, Damon, 64, reflected on the honor, saying, “I think my parents would be very, very happy for us. And they know that without them, there’d be no us, and they would really take all the credit.”
Damon was joined by his son Damon Wayans Jr. and other family members—Kim Wayans, Marlon Wayans, Craig Wayans, Chaunte Wayans, and Damien Wayans—as they collectively received their well-deserved recognition as NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame inductees. See more photos and video clip inside…
