Feel Good Friday: 10 Simple Ways To Relieve Stress
Happy Friday we made it! In life we all have different stresses in our lives. If you have a high demand job, or if you’re a stay-at-home mom, to college student. There are all different types of stress that we all deal with on a daily! Stress and anxiety are common experiences for many people. In fact, millions of adults in the United States say they feel stress or anxiety daily.
Many people deal with stress every day. Work, family issues, health concerns, and financial obligations are parts of everyday life that commonly contribute to heightened stress levels.
I try my best to share with you ways in which I deal with anxiety/stress by doing yoga, having girl nights with friends, meeting my accountability coach and so much more! This weekend, try to relax, kick back and turn off the tv and STOP scrolling on social media and tune into YOU! I hope my ideas of Ways You Can Relieve Stress inside helps you. I want each and every one of you to find joy in life and try to reduce your stress, love yah!
- Cuddle up with a good journal and write
- Find your favorite blanket, snuggle up and watch your favorite movie
- Get more physical activity, go on a short or long walk
- Change your diet, bake and eat more vegetables
- Minimize your use of social media if you can
- Be all about self-care. Try going to spas, light a scented candle, get a pedicure, yoga class
- Spend quality time with your favorite friends and family
- Go on a nature walk, my grandson and I love doing this, so relaxing
- Learn a new language just for kicks
- Make a pot of your favorite tea
